APPLICATIONS

 

Modern process and quality control systems require accurate analysis of in plant processing and finished product. A representative sampling system is the answer to improve quality control and efficient processing. A wide range of materials, from powders, flakes and granular products can be accurately sampled.

 

DESIGN FEATURES

Positive Displacement

A minimum of 5 grammes can be achieved on a continuous sampling operation.

Sanitary Construction

FDA approved for Dairy, Food and Pharmaceutical industries.

Materials of Construction

All parts are manufactured from 316 stainless steel (other alloys optionally available). Seals are Teflon or Acetal.

Easy Maintenance

Quick disconnect couplings and internal components, no hand tools required for cleaning or maintenance.

Sterilisation

The sampler is fully autoclavable or can be sterilised with chemicals.

Operation

Fully controlled with the latest design of Microprocessor controller, with a maximum of 99 programmable sampling formulas stored password protected.

Receivers

Bottles, Sterile Bags, Twin Bottle/Bags  or Carousel Systems.
